1. Conclusion of Contract

The rental agreement between the tenant and TravelSuites GmbH is concluded upon booking confirmation.

Right of Withdrawal

No statutory right of withdrawal exists for contracts for the provision of services in connection with accommodation for purposes other than residential purposes (Section 312g(2)(9) BGB). Therefore, you have no statutory right of withdrawal when booking our apartments. Please refer to our cancellation policy in Section 3.

2. Payment

The total rental price is due as an advance payment upon booking confirmation. The booking is only bindingly confirmed after receipt of full payment. For corporate clients, alternative payment terms (e.g. payment by invoice) may be agreed individually.

3. Cancellation

• Up to 7 days before arrival: free cancellation.
• Less than 7 days before arrival: 100% of the total price is due.
• Early departure: no refund.

4. Check-in & Check-out

The apartment is available from 4:00 PM on the arrival day. On the departure day, the apartment must be vacated by 10:00 AM.

5. House Rules

Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in: from 4:00 PM
• Check-out: by 10:00 AM
• A key is provided in the apartment. Please handle it with care; a fee of 150 € will be charged for loss.

Parking

A parking space is available. Please do not block other vehicles.

Kitchen and Cooking

• The kitchen must be left clean. Please wash used dishes immediately.
• Switch off appliances, especially the stove, after use.

Cleanliness and Waste Separation

• Keep the accommodation clean and tidy.
• Waste separation is mandatory. Please dispose of waste regularly.

Quiet Hours

10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Parties are not permitted.

Smoking and Pets

• Smoking is strictly prohibited in the accommodation. A penalty of 250 € will be charged for violations.
• Pets are only allowed upon request and prior arrangement.

Liability and Damages

Guests are liable for any damages caused and must report them immediately.

Internet Use

Wi-Fi is available free of charge. Use for illegal activities is prohibited.

Conduct

• Respectful behavior towards other guests and neighbors is expected.
• Bringing unauthorized persons is not permitted.
• The use of charcoal grills is strictly prohibited.

Commercial Activities

Any commercial use of the accommodation is prohibited.

6. Liability

The tenant is liable for all damages to the apartment and its furnishings caused through their fault during the stay. Damages must be reported immediately. TravelSuites GmbH is not liable for loss or damage to the tenant's personal belongings, unless the damage was caused intentionally or through gross negligence by TravelSuites GmbH.

7. Withdrawal by the Landlord

In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters), TravelSuites GmbH reserves the right to withdraw from the contract. In this case, the full rental amount already paid will be refunded.

8. Data Protection

The tenant's personal data is used exclusively for processing the booking and will not be shared with third parties. For further details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

9. Final Provisions

Amendments or supplements to the contract require written form. Should individual provisions of these Terms & Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. For tenants who are entrepreneurs within the meaning of Section 14 BGB, the place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from and in connection with this contract is Stuttgart. Statutory rules on jurisdiction apply to consumers.
