Booking

You can book directly through our website. Select your desired location, the right apartment, and your travel dates. Alternatively, you can contact us by phone, email, or WhatsApp.

Check-in is available from 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged subject to availability – just ask us.

Our apartments are flexibly bookable from 1 night. For longer stays of 30 nights or more, please contact us for a custom offer.

Your Stay

All apartments are fully furnished and equipped: kitchen with dishes and cooking utensils, bed linens, towels, high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TV, workspace, and all necessary household appliances. You only need to bring your suitcase.

Yes, all apartments have free high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video conferences and remote work.

The apartment is professionally cleaned upon arrival. For longer stays, a weekly cleaning service can be added.

Depending on the location, free parking is available. A parking space is usually provided. Please do not block other vehicles. Details can be found on the respective apartment page.

Pets are only allowed upon request and prior arrangement. Please contact us before booking.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all apartments. A cleaning fee of 250 € will be charged for violations.

Payment

Payment is made securely by credit card via Stripe. For corporate clients with a framework contract, payment by invoice is also available.

The full amount is due upon booking and is charged by credit card.

Of course. You will receive a proper invoice with VAT shown, which you can claim for tax purposes.

The price includes accommodation and Wi-Fi. The final cleaning fee is shown separately. From the 3rd guest, a surcharge of 20 € per person per night applies.

Cancellation

Cancellation is free up to 7 days before arrival. For later cancellations, 100% of the total price is due. No refund is given for early departure.

Yes, changes are possible subject to availability. Simply contact us by phone, email, or WhatsApp.

B2B / Corporate

Yes, we offer tailored framework contracts for companies with regular demand for furnished apartments. The terms depend on volume and duration. Contact us through our B2B form.

Absolutely. We have multiple apartments at each location and can accommodate project teams of various sizes. Contact us early so we can ensure availability.

Corporate clients with a framework contract receive a clear consolidated invoice – monthly or per stay, as you prefer. All invoices are prepared for accounting purposes.
