Your home in the heart of the Unterland metropolis

Heilbronn

Heilbronn, first mentioned in records in 741, is one of Baden-Württemberg's most important economic centers. As the headquarters of the Schwarz Group (Lidl & Kaufland) – Europe's largest retail conglomerate – the city continuously attracts skilled professionals, consultants, and project teams. Our fully furnished apartments on Rosenbergstraße are centrally located and offer ideal connections to the local business landscape. The 'City of Wine' also boasts the Experimenta (Germany's largest science center), the Dieter Schwarz Foundation's Education Campus, and the modern BUGA quarter Neckarbogen.

History, culture, and quality of life

History

Heilbronn looks back on over 1,200 years of history. During the Middle Ages, the Free Imperial City developed into a hub for the wine trade. Following its near-total destruction in December 1944, the city was rebuilt in a modern style. The 2019 Federal Garden Show (BUGA) permanently transformed Heilbronn, creating new urban quarters along the Neckar river.

Culture & Leisure

The Kilianskirche with its Renaissance tower is the city's landmark. The Experimenta, Germany's largest science center, opened in a spectacular new building on the Neckar in 2019. The vineyards on the Wartberg are among the largest inner-city wine-growing areas in Germany.

Business hub Heilbronn

Heilbronn is the headquarters of the Schwarz Group (Lidl/Kaufland), which employs over 575,000 people worldwide. Audi operates a plant in neighboring Neckarsulm. The Education Campus with satellite locations of TU Munich and the Fraunhofer Society, along with the Artificial Intelligence Innovation Park (IPAI), strengthen the city's position as a technology hub.
